Growing Marijuana Outdoors

The Practical Advice That We All Must Know

At first, I though growing indoors was harder than growing outdoors. But if you think about it,it's quite the opposite. Why? The only hard part about growing in controlled environment, is to set-up the gear in proper way. After that, it is all easy as pie.

Outdoor VS Indoor

It will take time to set-up the whole growing room and to know which part when to use and for what.

The indoor process is mostly automated once the kit assembled correctly. With indoor growing, you actually control the weather conditions applied to your plant. Where the climate conditions aren't controllable by you. And here my folks, is the CHALLENGE.

This year I have decided to go "outdoors" with the growing. Every time we start on a new endeavor we need information, advice and suggestions from the ones who’ve already passed through the same phase. Experts or very experienced people… hell, even our best friend can give us some if they know better! Problem is, how do we know what’s good and what’s schwag?

Well, you can always turn to me about growing as I’ve interviewed some of the top minds in the field! I bet you haven’t even thought about what might go wrong with your plants. Some of your fears are also unreasonable… Here, read some great stuff I managed to extract from the brains of those fellows I spoke to!

Choose the location wisely. Don’t be too selfish.

Choose wisely
Firstly choosing the right location strongly depends of the country you are living in.Thus picking the growing location is extremely important, and this will be the most important part of outdoor growing!

The cannabis plant is known to be in the family of "weeds", yeah true. So far so good. Problem is, you don’t want just a weed, you want a quality product and possibly preserved strain characteristics even. So… you better get things straight (and not mess it up from the start!) Marijuana needs no warmth.

I mean, it enjoys it, but does not need it. Think about its original home in the Asian mounts… it sure doesn’t bring an image of the beach, right? What this plant needs, however, is sunlight. Lots and lots of sunlight.

You need a minimum of six hours of clear, natural sunlight to get those juicy buds. Also, the higher the altitude, the more resin you will see. This is a long story short – choose a hill and make sure no tall plants, trees or hedges are around to obstruct your plant’s sunbathing.

Grow it in Ninja-style!

Well, if this seems easily achievable, let me tell you another thing you must consider when growing – stealth . Yeah, mate – you’re in a pinch. While growing cannabis might be totally legal in your region, your neighbors might disapprove and you won’t be able to fight with the council much. Thus, learn how not to attract unwanted attention to your activities, being outdoors or indoors.

So, you need a location that will not be that near to other people. The other reason you better not choose your backward is ease of access. Imagine how easy it will be for even the dumbest of people to jump over your fence and rob you of your tasty, juicy buds? And even do your best when you are growing not on property of yours.

What the experts say?

Grow in the forest, or more precisely – right next to it. This way you’re way out of sight and reach. Yours as well. If you look to grow elsewhere, but now in your yard, I suggest you to open google maps and start exploring the area that surrounds you. Switch to "satellite" mode and here you go. Additionally you can download for free and install google earth in order to check out the topography of the land that you are exploring.

Make sure that your babies are getting enough light!

Actually, according to my pals, the harder it is for you to get to your plants, the better. After all, it’d be much harder for the usual ripper to come and steal your stuff that way too.

Plant on a hill without obstructions for the light and next to a forest… well, such places are quite hard to find, especially if you live in a desert region or in the big city. For this we have a solution as well – hydroponics, coco coir and aeroponics. After all, out-door growing is not for everyone.
